All resident and non-resident boaters are required to pay a fee to fund programs aimed at combating aquatic invasive species. For residents, this is included in the registration and renewal process. Boaters who register their vessel out-of-state but who boat in Nebraska must purchase a stamp yearly.
Planning a water event, such as a regatta race, parade, tournament or exhibition? Fill out and submit the marine event permit and application form. All marine applications must be on file with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission at least 15 days prior to the event.
